Reusing public dataComing to film the images yourself does not exonerate you from the duty of regularising your obligations regarding copyright or the reuse of public data. Legislation protecting literary or artistic property or the private life of people is applicable to documents kept in the archives departments, whatever the method for reproducing the document. Users are therefore advised to be vigilant concerning the legal rights that may relate to the archives. |
